Whatever the case, previously, when people used to travel, it was difficult to have information in where to go, where to stay, what to eat, information about prices, culture of the place you are visiting, etc.

It is important for people to feel secure about where they gonna stay, how they are going to transport, what they are going to do, etc. So now, people have access to all this kind of information on internet, allowing not just to have the best prices but also the best services and comments of others custumers.

In the case of purchase decisión of customers, first of all, people analyze all the possibilities in price and customer services, having the possibility of compare a lot of options at diverse plataforms at internet, such as Facebook or twitter or specialized sites for traveling such as TripAdvisor, booking,, etc.

Nowdays, it is not enough that hotels and aerolines have their own web sites where they put the information about theirselves, people look what other said about and compare what is the best option.
